... because he falls in the pool ...
... he paddles to the pool edge ...
... but now he needs to dry off ...
... and the only thing he does is smiling ...
... and posing again ;)

This is my all-time favourite Frank story - it's so cute how he thought there was a rail on the bridge, and tried to lean on it, then splash... and we end up with cute soaking wet Frank photos - lucky us!!
I love his outfit in these pics:)...sigh...
